Strong

We are heroes of a long forgotten era. This is what makes us hurt the most. But, no matter what happens, cometh the battle, I shall be charging as the vanguard like the tip of the spear I am. For my name is War. Fear not, I shall be there. In the blackest night, when all else fail look upon me, for I shall not break.

Just be strong for me. I'll be strong for you.

Good Ole' Prince

From the tip of his wand burst the silver doe. She landed on the office floor, bounded once across the office and soared out of the window Dumbledore watched her fly away, and as her silvery glow faded he turned back to Snape and his eyes were full of tears.

"After all this time?"

"Always," said Snape.

Everything

"Everything's gonna be alright", she said.
"Everything?" asked Genlock, "really, everything?"
"Every little thing, I promise."
He believed it, he believed it without question. He didn't know the difference between a kiss and a promise. For he could give them both to her without hesitation. So he believed it, felt it close to his heart.
"I could even defy death for it's beautiful living by you", said Genlock.
She smiled, and asked softly;
"Are you love or are you a bird?"
Genlock loved it, loved it at that moment, he even couldn't understand it at first, he loved it that much.
There were three little birds, they all were parts of Genlock and they were parts of her,too at the same time.
He could just smile, she smiled back.
"Sleep now", she said.
"Only with you", replied Genlock, "I'll kiss the demons out of your dreams."
"Together then".
"Together then".
So they slept. Neverland was never too far away, as they would realize after a crucially long time.

Home

Listen close and listen well, for I'm not gonna repeat myself, cheerful folks. A storyteller, that's what I am, That's what they used to call me, that's how they used to know me. A good story is always meant to be told and as one of the trouper folk, I am meant to tell them for I know every story that's written and that's told.

Once upon a time and in a far away place there was a man of the decent kind, like a man made of the finest lace. He used to eat three times a day, take a walk under the sunshine and he used to sleep in a bunch of hay.

His name was Genlock, Genlock Duborou and Genlock never forgot to keep his hat on. When everything related to dear Genlock's life seemed pretty and nice, he met his disaster, his very own doom one day. He met his boredom, he met his reflection in the water. It was not much of a problem for Genlock at first. He just pushed it aside in his mind. After a while it became unbearable.

Genlock had a house on the skirts of a small hill, with a garden and flowers which never lost their shine. As far as he had known he had no neighbours, no passer-bys even. He had a small library of beautiful books of which he had learned the world from. On that night, just before stepping up to the path leading to his end, Genlock opened one of those books which was covered in purple. He saw the picture of a river and he tore the page off, put it in his pocket. Genlock had many pockets and all of them were empty. He left all his possessions in the house and he set off.

Genlock walked for many days, so many that his shoes were torn, his body was covered in dust. But he walked on and on. Until one day. He came to a crossroads, and as he was about to choose his next destination a girl appeared out of nowhere. Genlock was surprised at first. He didn't know what to say, or even what to do. He did the last thing he thought he should. Just stared. And the tiny girl stared back at him. After a while, as Genlock gathered all his courage to shape a word in his mouth, the girl screamed at him;
-Who are you?!
-I'm...
-What are you doing in my land?
-I didn't mean to...
-You're starting to annoy me.
-I'm sorry, I'm Genlock Duborou.
Genlock held his hand in front of him, he felt shame for his hand was dirty. The girl looked at him curiously.
-I am the queen of these lands.
-So your name's Queen, a very nice name.
-No, I'm the queen, not Queen.
-I said the same thing.
-...
-Nice meet you again, Queen, but I have to be on my way.
-Are you an adventurer?
-What is an adventurer?
-You really don't know anything, do you?
-Well I know a lot, actually.
Genlock was not lying, he used to know a lot, but he was amazed and surprised and confused. And Queen did not actually know what adventure meant, too. She just assumed what it was and that was her question, that's what she was trying to answer.
-Doesn't matter now, Genlock. Where are you headed?
-I don't know.
-So you're an adventurer. If you want we can adventure together.
Even if he didn't know the meaning of the word, Genlock just smiled like a fool.
-It's fine by me.
They started walking together, they barely spoke and they just walked,on and on.
They walked for exactly 1year and then another 19 months, until they came to another crossroads.
Left said Genlock, and right said Queen. And so they parted their ways.
After walking for another while Genlock began to wonder; did he find the meaning of the adventure? He took the picture of the river out of his pocket. Did he find the river? At that exact moment, for the first time in his journey, he stopped. He just sat there and cried. He realized that he forgot about the river, because he found the answer with Queen, that she was the river and their stride together was the adventure. The notion of the walk and the notion of having a "home" were crossing together in one place. He understood that, that house on the skirts of that small hill was not his home, not anymore. He looked back, and he began to walk towards the other way, then he stopped again. He knew he had to go on. But then he realized again, they were adventurers. He had to start moving. He looked at the picture again and he saw Queen there, in the river, swimming. He repeated to himself, continously;
"I'll find the river. I'll come back home."
His faith was out of the question. He was determined to walk for another 1 year and then another 19 months even if he had to. His name was Genlock and he never forgot to keep his hat on.
Whether he found it, whether he returned home, well that's another story to be told, another time.
